DIY || Big Bulletin Boards

I wanted some massive bulletin boards for our room but didn’t want to spend a lot of $$$. So I ventured out to Home Depot and decided to use these insulation boards. The good thing is that it was $30 for a 4’ x 8’ piece, so I decided to do 2 boards at 3’x 4’… totaling $15 each! (since I just used some leftover fabric to cover them.

I laid them on the fabric with the words facing up… just in case the dark letters showed through. I used hot glue to glue it all the way around starting on one side and pulling it tight on the side across it to ensure it was smooth on the front. I clipped the corners before gluing them to get rid of the excess fabric.

To finish them off, I glued some brown craft paper on the back because I wanted the back to look clean as well… This step is definitely optional! Check out the video below for a quick rundown of the steps and let me know if you have any questions!
